Payment Methods Statement

1. Available Payment Options

Our company is registered in Chinese Mainland, and we mainly sell goods to customers in Europe and the United States. At present, we only activate the official PayPal payment system for all orders. Apple Pay and Google Pay digital wallet payments are not available temporarily. The available payment options are listed below:

1.1 PayPal Account Balance Payment

Buyers can log into their personal PayPal accounts and settle orders directly with their account balance.

1.2 Direct Credit & Debit Card Payment (Standard Card Button)

No PayPal account registration required. Customers may pay directly with mainstream international bank cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.

1.3 Pay Later Installment Payment

Customers from Europe and the US can choose interest-free installment plans provided by PayPal. We receive full payment upon checkout, and all installment liabilities are solely agreed between the buyer and PayPal.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Data Security

All payment transactions are processed via PayPal’s encrypted secure gateway. We will never store any sensitive private data of buyers, such as card numbers or payment passwords.

2.2 Refund & Fund Processing

After successful payment, funds will be credited to our corporate PayPal merchant account first. Cross-border bank transfers may lead to processing delays. All refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

2.3 Transaction Fee Rules

Transaction fees are automatically charged by the payment platform and will not be added separately to buyers. Any channel fees caused by buyer chargebacks, transaction disputes or returns will be deducted from your refund amount.

2.4 Payment Abnormality Support

If you encounter payment abnormalities such as funds deducted without order creation or page loading failure, please keep your payment receipt and contact our customer service via WhatsApp for verification and resolution.

2.5 Notice on Unavailable Wallets

Apple Pay and Google Pay one-click digital wallet payment functions are not activated for the time being and cannot be used. We will update the store page once these services become available later.
